I should note that, for all its flaws, 28 Weeks Later has one of the most inventive zombie-slaughter scenes you'll ever see. Once again, I won't spoil it, but I'll say that (1) it references and one-ups the previous most inventive zombie-slaughter scene ever and (2) the seeds of the scene were planted way back in Dawn of the Dead. The one that didn't suck.
